WE WANT TO REWARD YOU FOR STAYING LONGER AND TO LOWER YOUR OVERALL RENTAL COSTS.  Please tell all your family and friends of this new rewards and lower costs of stay.

Currently, we are putting into effect, starting August 1st, 2024, an in-house promotion to reward, and effectively, reduce your total room rental costs.  All of the following applies to all guests who are following house rules as stipulated in the agreement signed during your check-ins.  Any room breaking house rules and being forced to be evicted from the hotel, will automatically disqualify for the promotion.   As well, any room who checks out before the full promotion period, will automatically disqualify.

First, for every fully paid 8 weeks duration of stay (56 days), you will automatically receive a complimentary (FREE) 1 week (7 days) stay.  This cycle will continue again and again and repeat for the next 8 weeks once you resume your regular payment starting the 9th week.  This special in-House promotion can only be used by the registered guests for that room, is not transferable to anyone else, cannot be converted to cash, and cannot be used and carried forward for future use.  This promotion is set for a limited time and can be terminated by hotel management with a 8 week (56 days) ahead cancellation notice.   In the event of cancellation, we will ensure that all qualified guests, entitled to this in-house promotion has time to use their accrued FREE stay.
